time users please use the contact form on this page to request
information, instruction form and all necessary details to place order. Include your contact name, business name, phone number and best
time to reach you.
After receiving a reply to our response, email your letter with instruction form to our office with instructions using our form to check off the steps that you require. (The form is available to download at our web blog).
We will call you to confirm instructions, pricing and
delivery date before delivering your letter.
After pricing is confirmed, prepay appropriate fee for the zone shown in the fee chart. (Use the Pay button at the bottom of this page).
We will make every effort to accommodate your request date and
will call to confirm instructions, pricing and delivery date after payment and
before processing. If we cannot honor your time request, we will notify you and
make other arrangements. Please contact us if you have questions or other needs
outside of our delivery area.
We print, and seal in our envelope marked Personal &
Confidential. To (handwritten name) Delivery Date & Time (handwritten in).
When the letter is delivered, we then email you the status
of delivery with photos; usually within 24 hours.
We can pick up your sealed letter within a zone for 50% of
the usual fee for delivery. You may have us deliver small parcels within zones;
please inquire.
FAQs
These are letter deliveries and do not request signatures. We
may be able to accommodate certain requests for an additional fee. Please
inquire.
“Photo Proof” means that we take pictures of the home/office, home/office number, front of the Personal/Confidential envelope left at the door, or if hand delivered to recipient; a picture of the street or surrounding offices.
